Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form an agreement between you and the individual trader identified in §13, trading as SomaZeus. By accessing or using SomaZeus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SomaZeus is a fitness and wellness tracking application that provides:

• Workout and nutrition tracking
• Progress monitoring and analytics
• Optional automated analysis when available and separately consented to; this provider feature is temporarily unavailable for ordinary accounts
• Health and vital sign logging
• Supplement and medication tracking

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and truthful information
• Notifying us of any unauthorized access

Health inputs and reads require a separate, explicit health-data processing consent. You can withdraw it in Settings. Withdrawal locks health processing while leaving export, deletion, sign out, and subscription management available.

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscription Access

SomaZeus is paid subscription software. Access to app features requires an active subscription after signup or checkout.

Plans

• Monthly subscription: $24.99 / month
• Annual subscription: $149 / year (50% off monthly)
• Payments are processed by the checkout provider shown at purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the payment provider.

Deleting a SomaZeus account is immediate, but account deletion does not cancel a separate Apple App Store or Google Play renewal. Manage or cancel that renewal with the store. Web subscriptions must be managed through the web billing flow. Cancellation and account deletion are separate actions.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the payment provider and applicable law. Contact support if you purchased on the web. App Store and Play Store purchases must be handled through the relevant store.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are an EU consumer, mandatory consumer law remains fully available. This includes the applicable 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts, unless a lawful exception applies after the required express request and acknowledgement, as well as statutory rights and remedies when a digital service does not conform to the contract. Storefront refund procedures do not remove rights you have against the trader under applicable law. Use the contact details in §13 to exercise a withdrawal or statutory remedy; we may ask for enough purchase information to locate the transaction.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your account with others
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Reverse engineer or copy our technology

6. Medical Disclaimer

SomaZeus is NOT a medical service. The information and recommendations provided:

• Are for informational purposes only
• Do not constitute medical advice
• Should not replace professional medical consultation
• Are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any health-related decisions, especially regarding supplements, medications, or anything else you take.

7. Intellectual Property

Except for identified third-party materials, SomaZeus content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOMAZEUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SomaZeus and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

The public no-account panel read returns its parse and may keep a draft only in your browser. It does not create a server-saved read, email lead, or restore link.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without depriving an EU consumer of mandatory protections of their country of residence. Any Athens jurisdiction provision applies only where the parties may lawfully agree it; consumers may use the courts available to them under mandatory law.
